He's a bit like that employee that keeps trolling their employer. Many probably do, but Flamu was particularly obnoxious. I'm pretty sure I've never heard her say any derogatory comment about another player.
The only streamer I watch with any regularity is AshleyakaAshley. If simply commenting on the lack of skill or poor play of another player is "stat shaming" then I find it hard to believe that any streamer could not be accused of such prohibited behavior.
